Whiplash happens when your head is jerked quickly to the front and quickly to the back. This action will cause anywhere from a moderate to severe strain and may affect the various parts of your neck.
The neck is a delicate and intricate part of your body. The neck is composed of 7 bones that are none as the cervical spine. The cervical spine helps support the head, affects posture and balance, influences the structure and shape of the spine as well as helping to maintain an enclosure for the spinal cord.
If your head is unexpectedly jerked forward and backward then the bones of the neck may snap out of place and cause irritated nerves. These irritated nerves may interfere with the flow of blood as well as transmission of nerve impulses. A pinched nerve may damage or destroy whatever function of the body that they govern. I am pretty sure you can figure that this may be quite a huge problem.

I live in New Jersey and I am seriously considering hiring a lawyer for my traffic ticket. How do I know if the lawyer is real and not a scam artist?

I’m at the very beginning of my hill climb. My car was totelled by a 17 year old who was texting and had soap all over her windows hindering visability. She put me in a ditch. I drive an older car but for my taste it got me to and from work. The insurance offered 2400. I have a pinched nerve in the shoulder that has become aggravated since the accident. Hired an Attorney and went to the doctor last week. Even for small potatoes this appears it can be a long journey. I’m not looking to get rich, not my style, I think 10K should do it, put me in a better car, and take care of the upcoming medical bills. Problem I have is “pre-existing” honestly the accident did aggravate it, not sure how vigirous the Ins will fight.
